Never had a problem.
I love the creatopia and use the shapez more than any other attachment that is available for it. I have used it with all kinds of dies and embossing folders. The reviewer above must be using dies that are not listed as being ok for this machine. They provide a long list of ok dies to use and give instructions for each kind. You will need an extra spellbinders embossing pad to emboss with their nestabilities.
