I love this circle cutter! It works perfectly- it's errorless! Before I bought this I was using my Cricut to cut circles, but I wanted to be able to cut circles out anywhere on a page, and I don't have the skills or Cricut knowledge to make that happen!
Before I decided on this cutter, I checked into the EK Success Curvy Cutter, but it seemed like a lot of $$ to put out for a glass board, the cutter, and the template. I already have the mat from We R Memory Keepers, so this was a cheaper choice, and I couldn't be happier!
Also, any magnetic mat will do- even the Basic Grey Precision Mat!
I HATED cutting circles ... it was to the point where I didn't bother even using circles on my pages! I couldn't find a decent cutter that wouldn't shift during the cut. I read great reviews on this one and I already had the magnetic mat so I decided to give circle cutting one last shot. Well, here is another great review for this product! I LOVE it! My circles come out crisp and the cuts actually "line up" at the end! Just one tip - be sure to hold down thinner paper with magnets to avoid it crinkling during cutting. Otherwise I fully recommend this product! WRMK does it again!
I just love this circle cutter.....I wished it had been available when I purchased my kit with the cutting mat and ruler, but now that I have it I LOVE IT!!!!
Very easy and user friendly....the blade is very sharp only needing to make 1 turn for it to cut all the way through and I was using good 80lb textured cardstock too.
I have been looking for a good circle cutter that can cut larger circles and this one is just perfect.
A definite must have tool for scrapbookers.
I love circles, and it's so great to not have to use a plate as my template for big circles anymore! This is simple to use. I do find that sometimes my paper tries to move on me, but I think it's when I press too hard...like any new tool, the more you use it, the better you get at it!
I haven't really used it yet - only a couple of times. It's going to need practice but it seems fairly easy to do. I love the magnetic mat. I don't have much time to use these products and I buy them because they look like it's what I need. NJF
