I recently read STacy Julian's book Photofreedom and in it she recommends using 3-up pioneer albums, which are not *too* expensive but they are rather bulky and hard to come by. Everyone seems to be sold out of them. So I bought these 6-up page protectors and was THRILLED with how they worked. I was able to put more than one photo in a pocket, probably up to five, and the pages lay absolutely flat in my album. I stored away about 100 photos in minutes and I still have half of a package of photo sleeves left. I can now quickly flip through my photos to decide what I want to scrap. LOVE these!
Recently returned from Africa with 2200 photos... narrowed it down to 600 and only 100 to scrapbook... that leaves 500 for a photo album.
I wanted my album to work with my scrapped pages as well so I placed these 'photo album' pages between my scrapped pages in my 12x12 album and they look spectacular.
The pages are crystal clear & very easy to load and unload. I bought 2 pkgs and will be back for more.
(i have used the CTMH pages before which were fine but these were much more reasonably priced and MUCH easier to load)
i highly recommend them!!

These page protectors are the best! They are very sturdy and durable - there is no problem when I take photos in and out of them multiple times. Which I do because I use them when I have a lot of pics from an "event" such as our trip to Hawaii. I put all of my photos in these sleeves ,then I can easily flip through them to see which ones I want to scrap. Plus, everyone can enjoy the photos even before I have completed my pages (which sometimes takes me a very long time to do!)
These are great. You can use them in so many different ways. I'm using them to add the extra photos I don't scrap behind my LOs and Im planning on doing my DD first year of photos with these so I can do "mini LOs" and finish an album for her fast.
I like that they are for three ring albums that makes using them sooo easy!!! They fit in my American Crafts three ring binder nicely.
THe only down side is that they are horizontal. Why don't they have a vertical option?!?!
I absolutely love these page protectors! They are very good quality and a great price! I love the idea of having my pictures organized and easy to look through whenever I want. I can also pull any of them to scrap or to scan if needed. These are definitely a must have for those of you feeling overwhelmed with photos and wanting some way to organize them all. These by far are the best brand. That's probably why they are always sold out whenever I look for them.
My scrapbook friends and I have been saying for a while, "I wish someone made a 12x12 page that we could put some of the extra pictures in to complete a story, but not have to scrap every picture!" We didn't know they were already available! We saw them in a flyer for another company, but when we couldn't order them on-line from that company we went searching for another source and found these. Great product and reasonably priced. Thank you Scrapbook.com!
After trying out about every type of page protector out there, I am convinced that WE R Memory Keepers make the very best. They are heavy and clear and fit every type of photo album. I have used their 12 X 12 size for several years exclusively--I wanted to try the 4x6 size and these did not disappoint. They are true to size and fit well with the 12 x12 size in an album. Highly recommended!
I wanted to have the 600 pictures I took on vacation in one album, but could not find a photo album that would fit 600 pictures. So I found these 6-up pages and I used them in the WR Memory Keepers 3-ring binder and it made a perfect, beautiful photo album. They come in a great pack of 25. I will definetly buy more!
I knew that having a baby was going to make me super busy, BUT I also knew I was going to be taking lots of pictures. So, with these page protectors I can keep my photos organized until I have time to scrap them. I have also put the extra pictures that didn't make it on the layout.

I purchased these after seeing them in ck magazine. I love them and they fit my 3 ring binder albums great. Huge timesaver! They are so cute with one of the squares as a journaling spot and you can still mat and embellish. Super cool and I can count it as a page done!
