I used these eyelets for a sewing project. The colors are perfect; the only colors we could find in the stores were bright colors (like red! and green!) pastels, and gaudy-looking gold-tone. These had just the metallic "steampunk" look we were going for, absolutely perfect. I paid more for shipping than they cost, but they were still work every penny. Applied well with my standard eyelet pliers. We put 8 onto our project and every one applied perfectly.
With their fluted throats, I find these eyelets easier to set than anything else I've tried. I was also happy to find the quantity I needed for a large project at scrapbook.com.
