You can use the Ornate Hanging Sign shape cut with this Thinlits die in many different ways. Add it to a scrapbook layout for a unique title or journaling spot. When placed on a card, it will highlight a sentiment or embellishment beautifully. Jen Long-Philipsen designed this 6 1/8" x 4 1/2" die for Sizzix. Made in a process called chemical etching, this very thin die can be used to cut a single sheet of paper, cardstock, metallic foil or vellum. Since they are so thin, they are portable and easy to store. These dies can be used in a BIGkick, Big Shot or Vagabond machine, along with Cutting Pads and the machine's Platform. You will need the Extended Adapter or Solo Adapter if you are using the Essentials Platform or Solo Platform and Shim. (All items are sold separately.) These dies are very detailed and may require as many as three passes through your machine to fully cut. Occasionally you may have trouble removing your shape from the die. If so, use the included ejection foam. Also included in this package is a storage envelope to hold your die. The front flap of the packaging can be cut off and saved in the envelope to quickly identify your die.
