Sizzix - Thinlits Die - Box, Square

Thinlits dies from Sizzix can be used to create the perfect packaging for gifts or party favors. There are five dies in the Square Box set. Designed by Rachael Bright, these dies can be used to make a box that measures 2 3/8" x 2 3/8" x 2 3/8". Thinlits are designed to be used in a BIGkick, Big Shot or Vagabond machine with the use of Cutting Pads and the machine's Platform. The use of the Essentials Platform or Solo Platform and Shim also requires the use of an Extended Adapter or Solo Adapter (all items sold separately). These dies can be used to cut a single sheet of material, such as cardstock, vellum, paper or metallic foil. If you have trouble removing your cut piece from the die, you can place a piece of waxed paper between the die and the material. Up to three passes through the machine may be needed to fully cut your shape. Please note that these dies can also be used for embossing if desired, when used with an Impressions Pad and Silicone Rubber sheet. Also included in this package are a storage envelope and a diagram that explains how to make a proper sandwich for Sizzix machines.

  poor instructions

  This felt like Sizzix was trying to save money any way they could. It was smaller than I expected, the instructions were not very clear, and the finished product was disappointing. I won't buy any more Thinlits without seeing the size and a video tutorial before I do.

  I have not received this product yet but due to 2 deaths in my family I did not realize I should have received it on Mar 1. I contacted your customer service center and spoke to Paula. She was very pleasant, kind and understanding and said she would mail out a new one today.
