I have not received this product yet but due to 2 deaths in my family I did not realize I should have received it on Mar 1. I contacted your customer service center and spoke to Paula. She was very pleasant, kind and understanding and said she would mail out a new one today. Thank you very much for replacing my order I apologize for not checking my email earlier but I have been so busy taking care of things dealing with the 2 deaths. This is the first time I have placed an order from you and I am very pleased with the service. Thank you again.
