The die does include all 26 letters in a long strip of two lines. I have little baggies of all the letters set up and pre-cut so I have a lot of "Q"s on hand, if you know what I mean? :) If you only cut portions out, you'll get the letters you want, I use washi tape to hold my pieces of paper in place so I just get the letters I want if I need a specific one.
