Distressing is a popular technique. Did you know you can even distress metal? The Sizzix Vintaj Distressed Textures DecoEmboss Die will allow you to do just that. This die will help you create your own etched metal embellishments that will be a special addition to any project. It can also be worn as jewelry! This die must be used with either Vintaj blanks or other soft metals. The process is simple. Just run it through a BIGkick, Big Shot or Vagabond machine with a set of Cutting Pads and the machine's included Platform (all items sold separately). Make each embellishment look unique by moving the metal blank onto a different spot on the die for every use. This will also ensure your die wears evenly. The Vintaj Metal Reliefing Block (not included) will highlight your design. This die measures 2 3/8" x 2 1/2".
