This fan is larger than I hoped! I would love to have one about half the size! I think the embellishments that I added make it ornate as the die cut is actually plain.
I used this in conjunction with paper doilies (in gold). I also put a tassle on and use gold stripes to define the blades more. It is also nice to use the negative of this one on a card.
I think this is a little misleading as the die cut is just for back of the pictured fan, not the ornate part , which is really what makes the fan. No where in the description does it say it is for the background only.
