I'm new to die cuts, although I've been scrapbooking for years. Since I'm just starting my collection, I want to get dies that are as versatile as possible, and this seems to fit the bill. I love flourishes, and they can be used in many different projects. Some of these die cuts have already found a home on my Christmas scrapbook pages. The die isn't too large to fit on a 1/4 sheet card, either, making it even more versatile. I have to admit that I'm not crazy about the hearts, but they come right off and can be saved for appropriate projects. Before purchasing, I looked at different pages that people had used this die on, and was sold by how it went from a subtle flourish in complementary colors to a stand-out in contrasting colors. I look forward to finding many places to use this...
Despite my cricut, I STILL find myself going back to the basics, and for that Sizzix is still the gold standard!! This delightful little swirl is perfect for putting the finishing touch on a page. It was worked overtime for a wedding album and helped keep the theme running throughout the album.
