Let's just say that the picture doesn't do these rings justice! I was mostly hoping for "not shiny office supply rings", but these exceeded my expectations. The really look like old silver. Will be absolutely perfect for those masculine books. And since I'm not a fru-fru (all that ribbon) person these are great for me too. :) Instead of buying all that ribbon to cover up the rings on your mini-books, buy these....

I have used these before and find them to be a good size for mini journals. I like the antique silver tone because they go with most journals and are not distracting.
