I've been wondering about what I'd need to start making my own cards and tried this. I don't think it advertised as a starter kid, but it would be nice to have pictures or examples of cards that can be made from what was given. I found it pretty basic and cheaply made. I guess you get what you pay for.
I bought this product on clearance and I had two problems with it. First, it was for cards with a gift card or money slot and it never said that anywhere on the product description. It can be optional, but some of the card slots were on the front of the card and it didn't look as cute without it.
Second, it claims "full instructions". There were pictures of every card, so as an middle-to-advanced scraper I don't need more than one more thing- the card base size. After the detail of the first 4 cards, the next for had some instruction and the last 4 nothing but a picture. I could do those 4 easily with a size. As the first 4 were various and not normal sizes, I would expect the others to not necessarily be normal, either (8.25"x4.25")
The cards are cute, the papers are nice, the stamps and add-ons were cute, so I would recommend it anyway if you know what you are doing.
