This box is great for storing cartridges and stickels BUT please be aware that you are only getting the box, you have to buy the cartridge inserts and the stickle insert seperatly. For someone with a small scraproom and minimum shelf space and who goes on weekend crops and takes their cartridges with them, this is the perfect solution for me. I highly recommend. I have had no problem with the top sticking. It slides off. I don't think it is supposed to come completly off, just enough for you to retrieve your cartridges.

I love this caddy case. I love being able to open it up and see all of my stickles in one place. I will be ordering more for my cricut cartridges. Love this pink color too.
What a great organizer. Everything is in one place and I can see it easily. Working with this company was very effortless and they were very professional.
This is that really hard plastic that my mom always called Styrene. I don't know if it's really that stuff, it just feels like it. The lid is a little fiddley it opens on tracks and it's kind of easy to pull off it's track. Now, that being said, they are the right size and shape to hold loads of cricut cartridges and booklets with overlays. They truly are just right. How well they hold up and how well the top works over time, we'll see. I'm glad I got them (I got three of different color lids) and will try to use them to their full extent.
I received this product today. I was excited to get it. However, once I opened the box the excitement was gone. I thought I read the advertisement wrong because I expected the box to include the Cricut cartridge insert. However, I reread it and it still sounds to me like this was suppose to be included. It's not. You get a box for $9 plus s&h
The plastic is rigid and my concern is breakage. I wish the plastic would have been something a bit more pliable with some give.
The lids slides off and on, but not very easily. I ordered 3 containers, 1 lid slides ok, the other 2 are quite difficult.
I think this is a great storage idea. I like the strap and how the handle was incorporated. I also like the insert for stickles/alcohol ink bottles. However, the main reason I bought this set was to store my Cricut cartridges and now if I want to do that I will have to pay an additional 7.99 + s&h PER INSERT.
If you are looking for Cricut cart storage I recommend looking at other options. This one is too pricey, not sure it would withstand being dropped, and the lid is very frustrating to maneuver.
I was very disappointed to get my cartridge caddy case and have it come empty. It is advertised as having a cartridge insert to come with it. No where does it say that you needed to buy the insert separately. I bought this product from another source on ebay, advertised the same way and it came complete with one insert. I would not have bought this if I had of known that the case would arrive empty or at the very least I would have tried to order some inserts at the same time if the price was right. It is advertised that additional inserts can be ordered. Additional inserts from what??? There is not one there in the first place, although it is advertised as being able to accomadate 8 cartridges with the insert. I also agree with the previous review. The hard plastic does not appear very durable and the lids are awkward to put on. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
I bought this to store my Cricut Solutions and Seasonal cartridges in. The lid does not slide completely shut leaving a gap between the box and lid thus allowing dust to get inside. I tried contacting the ScrapCessories company directly through their website telling them of this problem and have NEVER gotten a response from them. This was over 6 weeks ago. This storage option was not cheap considering I had to buy the inserts for the cartridges separately on top of the cost of the box. I think that for what I paid, it should be a box where the lid actually slides closed all the way for goodness sake. That on top of the fact that they have crappy customer service (won't respond to e-mails) is a reason I won't buy anymore of the ScrapCessories products.
