  Great For Mother of Pearl Technique

  I've been looking for a shimmer type, pearlescent paint to try the beautiful mother of pearl techniques I've seen online. This paint was what I wanted. My only complaint is it dries very quick so it doesn't give much time to move it around on the cardstock.
