Anything for this country is hard to find, so I appreciate Paper Wizard's collections, especially for small countries!
The die cut is excellent, colors are vivid, and a good size. My only negative comment is that they are expensive and limits the amount I may have ordered.

I got mine in 2012, so assuming it is the same...no, it is not a sticker. It is a 3 piece, many layered paper cutout. If I remember correctly, I had to partially assemble the layers, although that was not a big deal. The country name is 1" high by 5" long - except for the C which is 2" high. The map is 5" @ its widest point and 5" @ its longest point. The seal is 2 1/4" X 3". Hope this helps!
