easy to work with; I use it with my stencils
This is my favorite of the Finnabair Art Basics series. It works wonderfully thru stencils & is the 1st product I learned on for stencil work. Goes thru a stencil smoothly with a silicone brush & stays nice & white when dry so you can really see your raised pattern as opposed to others that dry more clear. After dry, it takes dribbling acrylic colors great, & you can baby-wipe away some of the color to reveal the dry modeling paste raised pattern beneath. Also works as a glue where you can press light-weight embellishments into it.

What is the difference between modeling paste and texture paste?

Modeling Paste is very smooth and will dry white. Texture Paste is going to be gritty (and may be colored.)

Can someone tell me, Is this a "light" paste or regular consistency? Thank you.

This is the regular consistency and weight paste. Prima also has a "Light" paste it offers. HTH! :) Sharon
