Questions & Answers
  • Does anyone know if the Prima color mists are permanent or if they bleed when another liquid medium (such as another paint) is placed over them??? Ex: Dylusions sprays bleed; Lindy's stamp sprays are permanent.   By: funfunart3 (25-Jul-15) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!
    • I'm sorry I have not tried any mediums other than adding more colors of spray after its dried. It didn't bleed when the new color of spray was added. I looked on the bottle and it only said it was a Water Based Dye but there was nothing about permanent. By: tblevins1203 (27-Jul-15) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you!
