I do love the Bow-it-All--it is nicely made, compact, and works well. The instruction book is a good idea but I found hard to follow. The text is so small that it is very hard to read and I did not find the diagrams much help. The video is good but the speaker talks so fast that I just had the hardest time keeping up with her. Also she is facing the audience and so the observer has to factor that in as she watches it. It would be better if she were filmed from behind so that the observer could view the bow making as she would be doing it. Also the pace needs to be greatly slowed down. Doing this is not intuitive and has to be learned. It takes time to process each step.
I'm very impressed with the sturdy and thoughtful construction of this bow making tool. It's so nice that the pieces store in the base and the pegs are metal that screw in securely. Good videos on the manufacturer's website to learn the "locking C" technique which prevents your bow from coming untied. Perfect results every time.
This is the bow maker I had designed in my head. One board to do from teeny tiny right up to jumbo bows for decorating. It is well made, the pegs are sturdy, no more trying to thread the back ribbon through the knot, and no more ribbon spools unrolling across the room. I can't say enough about this amazing tool.
