I love these markers. I purchased the whole set and I'm so glad I did. They are great for coloring on chunky stamps and stamping. You can spritz with water before stamping and get a great water color look. Love the way you can scribble on your craft mat and pick up the color with a water brush and watercolor with them. So versatile! Great range of colors. The tips are into a fine point and coloring with them is a dream!!! I'd recommend them to anyone. Everything you love about Distress Ink is now in a marker.
At first I held back from this purchase - I've got the Adirondack markers, Stampin' Up! markers, Copic alcohol ink markers - why would I 'need' another set of markers? I am soooo glad I purchased the Tim Holtz Distress Marker set. They complement my distress ink pads and I can get the same lovely techniques with misting. Thirty-seven colors in a portable package to take on crafting adventures...what could be better.
If you love the Tim Holtz distress inks, then you will LOVE these markers! One to "match" every color distress ink pad!!! I have found that they're great for coloring images (and you can blend with them) and you can also color your stamps with them...then gently "huff" on the stamp and stamp...Fabulous markers!!! So glad I ordered them!!
A whole new world has been discovered!!! These markers are fabulous. Having been a copic person for years, these are completely different and do wonderful things! I watched a tutorial to get the best mileage out of these markers and they are simple to use and are just different (and better) than anything I've ever used before. Yay Tim!
I love the subtle colors of these pens. I like to use them in my watercolor journal, blending them with a brush and water before they are dry. The colors work great for landscapes with natural looking greens and browns.
