I was a little bit unsure when I bought this. I didn't know how well that it would work, if at all. But, once it dried it was all crackled looking just like it said. I love this! I can't wait to try it in different colors. I also bent the item I painted to make it a little more crackly. Then I added the Distress Ink to it and it made it look even more distressed and made the crackles come out a lot more!! Great product!
Used this on a Valentine project--offered just the right touch of "old and worn," similar to an old gilded picture frame. Don't overlook these great metallic paints for your collage and vintage projects.
I cant get this stuff to crackle very well,dissappointed

I love love LOVE this crackle paint. Of course I love all of the crackle paints by Ranger, but the metallic line is excellent. Great coverage. It does take a bit longer to dry than the regular crackle paints. At least 30 minutes, but the look is totally worth it. It looks really great on grungeboard because it settles into the designs. The only thing to remember is that you can't use your heat gun to speed up the drying time with the metallic crackle paint.
Tim Holtz has done it again!!! I'm addicted to another product! The video's shown with this paint is remarkable. I love this paint!This color Tarnished brass is perfect color! The paint works hand in hand with the Tim Holtz line/collection!!! Trust me I just used it and it works perfect!!!!! Yeah Ranger!!!
