      fantastic product!!!

I always have loved painting on my pages, now i can have an aged paint look also. this paint is so easy to use. i was thrilled to find it has a brush attached to the lid . now i don't have to get out a paint tray and brushes to paint on my projects. i will definately be ordering the other colors.

    • Great for the Distressed Look

When inking isn't enough to make a page look old... there's crackle paint! I love using paint and inking my pages. The paint goes on smooth and cracks as it dries. Works beautifully! 2 complaints. 1 - takes a lot of paint to get big cracks. 2 - not much paint for the price. I almost used one bottle painting the edges of 2 8 1/2 x 11 canvases. Using on small projects (like layouts), I imagine it wouldn't be too bad.

      Fun Stuff!

I've been using this on frames and a few pieces of chipboard. It dries a little darker than pictured and you have to put it on pretty thick to get a good crackle effect. I also had to seal with matte mod podge, it started flaking off but the mod podge stopped the flaking.

I'm still a big fan of the old fashion 3 step method of crackle.
