The Tombow Extreme Glue Tape (Permanent) Refill includes 39 feet of permanent tape. When used with the Tombow Extreme Glue Tape Runner (pp-tb-62127, sold separately), it adheres to many difficult-to-glue surfaces, including paper, cardstock, cork, fabric, glass, rubber, wood, and plastic. It is five times stronger than standard tape runners and is archival-quality and non-toxic.
This glue is amazingly strong. The only downfall is that you need to be attentive to how the glue is distributing onto your paper as it skips if you are gluing on vellum or plastic. My go-to glue for durable projects.
it works great BUT this side swipe thing is annoying -- I had to throw away two of them -- too much of a hassle must be other adhesives that work better with less trouble

I ordered the refill but meant to order the applicater this fits in. 
Unfortunately, it appears we no longer carry the Tape Runner itself.
