McGill - Paper Punch - Silhouettes and Shadow - Star Set

Use this set of paper punches from McGill to create special embellishments for cards, scrapbook pages, table and gift decorations and more! Punch unique Silhouette shapes with interior cut outs. Match solid shapes are slightly larger to create a border around the silhouette shape. Layer them with matching solid shapes to create beautiful effects. You can also layer with colored papers to create a 2-tone effect.
