Ken Oliver - Color Burst - Lemon Yellow

Add bold color to porous surfaces with the beautiful Lemon Yellow Color Burst by Ken Oliver. Color Burst is a micro-fine concentrated powder colorant that reacts with water. Use it by sprinkling directly on a wet surface, applying it with a wet brush, or dissolving it to make a spray. To speed up the drying process, use a heat tool (sold separately).
