  • Does this work with Pearl X Pigment Powders or would the powder still get rubbed off? If it can be used, do I heat set it again after I apply the Pigment powder?   By: Kyria Joy (11-Jan-19) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!
    • I have tried it once with glitter, but the glitter seemed to rub off fairly easy. Any tips for how I can help prevent this? It might have partly been because I put it on velum instead of card stock. By: Kyria Joy (17-Jan-19) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This Answer has been reported.
