This is a very fine, powdery glitter with loads of sparkle. Due to the powdery texture it's a little difficult to work with but well worth the effort. The color of the project you are using the glitter on shows thru perfectly. I highly recommend!

How do you apply the fairy dust glitter? I understand that you shake it on, but do you heat set or have to stamp first?

This product is beautiful. I have used it on chipboards and on butterfly wings which were punched out of cardstock. Apply a thin coating of glue (I used tombow and also have used 450 Helmars as both dry clear you can't see them) I sprinkle glitter dust onto embellishment for a light effect and have also pressed embellishment into glitter which was able to give me a thicker coating. Both ways work, but you don't have to heat set them. You can use a heatgun to dry them quickly if you are impatient like most of us!! Good luck otakigirl
