I love anything Tim creates but this is very useful, very elegant to have your tools organized. I use it for my distress stains, distress inks and my markers. And also is very Tim Holtz
I was initially surprised at the heavy cardboard like material that is used to make this tool box but after watching Tim's video demonstrating his cases, I found out that it is the same material used to make antique valises and makes them more light waeight to carry when packed. The case is definitely custom designed to hold Tim Holtz's many inks, stains and paints plus crafting tools. When packed properly, it sure can hold a ton of products to take to a crop. Watching Tim's You Tube video is helpful.
A wonderful gift from my husband. I love the storage area and the fact that it fits Tim Holtz products perfectly. The downside is that it is surprisingly flimsy...it is made of paper and lightweight cardboard. I was very disappointed with how sturdy it is not. It has a lot of latches and opens so that you can access all of your stamp pads and stains. I was suprised since most Ranger products are much better made than this. We shall see how long it lasts.
I am rabid Tim Holtz fan, so I was very disappointed when I received my case and realized it is made of cheap cardboard.
it was already unhinging from the corners and I had to glue it down.
For that price, I was expecting little bit more sturdier product.
