I haven't started embellishing this tray yet but I think when I do the finished product will be nice. The sections do seem a little skewed but with the way the stain has a worn look it gives more of a homemade look. I definitely wouldn't want to make something like this myself! I'm not that talented. :)
The boxes on my printer tray were not all even so it made it difficult for me to measure and cut pictures to fit the boxes. It looked as if I had cut the pictures crooked, when in fact the box was off in some spots... But it is still a great product and I would buy it again.
Because the description says "wood stain" I mistakenly assumed that this product was made of wood. It's actually plastic. I was also disappointed in the size, much smaller than I expected. Having said all that, I'm not going to return this product and am sure that I can do something cute with it.
When this came out, it was at the top of my wantlist. I was so excited when I got it only to be disappointed.
First, the color was off. It is more of a muddy "DULL" brown than the warm brown seen on the internet.
And as with the other reviewer, I got mine with all skewed "cubbies". No matter how I try to make it work it just makes my project look crappy. *sigh*
