The Pioneer 8.5" x 11" 3-Ring Binder features:
This is a beautiful binder, but its footprint is much larger than 8.5 x 11" as stated. The rings work for that size paper, but the generous overhang makes it hard to pull the binder off a shelf. It's actually almost 12 x 12 with a 3" spine. I wish that was stated in the specifications.
this binder is beautiful, even before I embelish it and put the pictures in.
I suppose it depends on how you're using it but I would have loved the rings to be locking variety. Once I get this much stuff in it, I would be heartbroken if one of the kids dropped it; and everything popped open. Plan to use it anyway because it looks right for the project and will just be careful.
For 8 1/2 x 11 papers. That info was not in original description. Strong construction would purchase again. Good value

if i use 8-1/2x11 page protectors, do they hang out of the album? how wide is this album?

This is a nice sturdy album. I purchased it for my sons middle school cross country and track memorabilia. I have placed several of his medals in it. I’m very pleased with how it all turned out.
