1. How do I know if my order has shipped?
When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information
for your package. If you have not received an email, your order will be sent shortly
and you'll receive an email moments after it's shipped. If you are concerned about
you package, please feel free to

us. Please include your order number with your inquiry.
2. I didn't get an email and it's been more than 3 business days since I
placed my order, what happened?
There are several reasons why this might have happened: A) You may not have actually
finished placing the order in the first place. If you didn't get an email confirming
the order and you didn't get an order number after checkout you may not have actually
placed the order. Double check your email for an order confirmation from Scrapbook.com
and then contact us if you have not revieved anything. B) Your order shipped and
we sent out an email, but the email address you provided with your order was either
invalid or blocked. C) Your order may have been delayed. While nearly all of our
orders ship within 24 hours, a few orders may be delayed for a short period of
time for unusual circumstances. If you have placed an order within the last 3
days, and haven't recieved an email telling you that your order shipped, please
feel free to
contact
us.
3. I got an email with my tracking number, how do I check the location of
my package?
You can always check the status of your package on the USPS website or the UPS
website. Your email should have a clickable link you can press to go to the
UPS or USPS website for more infor on your package.
4. I tried to check the status of my package on your website but there isn't
any info available. Why?
Your order can take up to 24 hours to enter our online tracking system. If your
order does not immediately show up in the system, that does not mean that we have
not received your order. It will show up very shortly. Please check back in a
few hours.
