I was really excited about this tool but. I can't give it more then a two because in order to layer you need tape and when you apply the tape and then try to layer it sticks and you are back to the starting point because you can't get it alligned and have it stick at the same time. I use it to align and cut with my rotary cutter and then eyball the placement.
when making cards with a friend I always get to do the measuring and the math. Well now I can do it the easy way. The best tool in my collection.
I haven't out how to use these rulers yet. Instructions not clear enough for me.
