I loved this white ink pad. I think it works great. It is white ink afterall and no white ink is going to be totally opaque on dark colored paper. It worked as well as I thought it would.

The Stazon opaque ink is the only white ink I've found that actually works. Although I wish it was even more vibrant, it shows up best on really dark paper and can even be more enhanced with embossing powder over top. It's a very moist ink and a great value that the refill comes with it. You need a lot of ink to coat the stamp because of the opaqueness so its very convenient to have the refill ready to go. Make sure you read the instructions to moisten the pad correctly. Try it and you'll enjoy using white ink for a change!

I don't know if it was just mine, or if they're all this way, but it didn't come pre-inked. I've used it twice & had to use the refresher ink both times. For the price, it just doesn't seem worth it to me. Also, I still haven't found a great way to clean my stamps after using this.

I hate writing a yucky review, but i have to share this with everyone. after seeing all the AMAZING work created with this ink, i practically ran to the store to get it. I was pretty disappointed :(
First of all, it is not opaque enough to use on anything but the darkest paper, and it is very very sticky and tacky, kind of like glue once it starts to dry, which is pretty fast. Second, the other day i was working on something and the stamp I had been working with (which was covered in this stuff) landed face down on my dark ebony finish table. (Okay okay so I should be using a table cloth or something, I know and am putting one on today.) I did not wipe it up immediately, and afterward when i took a wet cloth to do so, it took the finish completely off my table. I mean down to the bare wood. Holy Cr*p my husband is going to freak out, is what I was thinking. So while I am off to find a remedy for my table, please be careful with this product, and think twice about spending the unreasonable sticker price - i have a 99 cent pad that works better than this.
