I've used this to print a photograph on to get a dream-like look, for example a photo of Arlington Cemetery on the film and lay it over the story of my memory of the day Pres. Kennedy died that's printed on cardstock. It allows the picture to show without covering the story behind it,
This is a great product. I've been using it for a few years now and it's nice when you don't want to use vellum and you want your title, journaling or what ever to just float on the page.

Clear Ink Jet Film (transparencies) can be printed, written or doodled on and overlayed so you can place words or images anywhere on layouts. I love using this film to add pazzaz and creativity that's not possible any other way.

For someone like me who likes to print out titles and journaling on the computer to use on layouts, this is a dream come true! Just be careful to use the rough side which is sometimes hard to see.

I used to use overhead transparency, but wasn't sure if they were acid free. Great product to make my own overlays or to journal on the run thru the zyron to adhere to scrapbook pages.
Wonderful for typing text for scrapbook pages but I do prefer the adhesive backed pages I had previously.
I needed transparencies for a project I was working on, but the office supply stores only sell them in huge quantities for more than $40. I found these online here, but have also seem them at a local store. They printed beautifully and the project turned out great. My only issue is that they have a film on one side and it is rather unforgiving if you get glue or fingerprints on it. On my project though, with a patterned paper behind the film, you don't notice the spots where my glue got messy.
