I love Mod Podge for mini albums and altered projects. It holds and seals really nicely and the matte finish is very smooth.

I used the Paper Mod Podge to scrap my dad's birthday present for 2007. It was a canvas with multiple layers of patterned paper, E-Cuts, tags, ribbons, stickers, brads, and a central pic of Dad and me. It worked great! The only thing I would recommend is to (if you're going to scrap on canvas) put the Mod Podge on the paper (instead of the canvas like I did) and be careful when putting the Mod Podge over the top of the project - it will smear anything that you print on your home printer!
