No spill and easy to find whatever I'm looking for among my collection of bits and bobs! I've got two shelves of these things in my studio holding everything from binding posts to brads to jewelry findings to beads! There's a label on the spine you can use to keep everything straight and this size holds even fairly large beads (imagine organizing your beads by color and your findings by metal type or your eyelets by size or shape and you have got the idea).
I love these organizers--this one holds ALL my jewelry findings in one place!

I love the craft mates organizers because I am clumsy so I love the idea of the compartments locking shut and opening individually. If you have ever dropped a container of brads or eyelets it is very frusterating to have to take the time to reorganize them and pick them all up. The craft mates have individually locked doors so it would be fairly difficult to make a mess with them. Also, I love this case that they come in--it is very high quality and looks great sitting on bookcase or shelf. This is one of my favorite organizers, and when it gets full I will definitely buy another one!
This is such an amazing organizer and well worth the price.
Each row of compartments has an easy to use lock on the end. This ensures that the lids will not just come open. It has been really great for taking all my little embellishments with me to crops. Also, is a great space saver.
I have three of them now and use them to oraganize all of my brads, eyelets, snaps, buttons, beads, and misc. embellishments.
Mine holds all of my tiny and mini brads. Organized, easy to see and storable. I have had mine for 7 years and it is holding up nicely.
