THESE INKS ARE ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. YOU CAN USE A LIGHT FEATHERY TOUCH FOR A SOFT FEEL OR USE SOME PRESSURE AND GET BOLD COLOR!! EITHER WAY, IT LOOKS LIKE CHALK BUT IT WONT SMEAR LIKE CHALK DOES. THIS COLOR SET IS EXCELLANT FOR DISTRESSING OR AGING YOUR LAYOUTS. USE IT TO EDGE EVERYTHING FROM THE PICTURE TO ALL OF THE ELEMENTS TO UNIFY THE WHOLE LAYOUT. I LOVE THE WAY IT FLOWS AND EACH PAD LASTS FOREVER. I HAVE HAD MINE FOR OVER A YEAR AND THEY ARE STILL GOING STRONG.

Easy to use, fantastic colors, quality of product: this one has it all. The tool/ handle thingy actually holds a container on each end if you want to dabble with several colors at once.
The ink is perfect for distressing or just slight shadowing. The pointy edges are perfect for hard-to-reach spots. Because this is a chalk ink, the colors are not runny, but dry almost instantly.

Bought this directly as a result of seeing how Gabrielle inks her pages. Her work is so beautiful. I decided that if this helps her, then it should help me! Easy to use, not to dark, producing a nice chalky finish on the edges of the paper. Definitely a great buy!

These inks are great for swiping across the edges of your cardstock and papers. The various colors represented in this pack are my favorites. I use the chestnut roan (brown) color the most.
