    Great product!

I purchased this product because I saw a YouTube video that uses this product mixed with water to make a cricut cutting mat sticky again. It works great! It does just what I need it to do. Love it!

  • Tack It Over and Over glue

I love the Tack-It over and over glue. I store all my stamps in CD cases. The ones that are wood mounted, I pull off the wood and put the Tack-It on the back of the rubber. Then it mounts easily to the acrylic blocks.

  • Great product

I converted 308 rubber stamps to cling stamps using tack it over and over. Works great with my Misti!

    Tack it over and over

I am using this product on the back of my stamps after I unmount them for the wood. Make sure it is perfectly flat or it will affect the way the image stamps. Just drop several dots on the back of the rubber and I use a wooden stick or wood mount and press over the rubber until it is evenly spread, wait 24 to 48 hours, (I like to press rubber on an old denim material a few times to release some stickiness as it tends to be very aggressive if you don't it can completely stick to acrylic) and the rubber will stick to the acrylic mount or Misti or Tim Holtz stamp tool etc.

I also use it for labels on my supplies. Since it is not permanent I can move my labeling and supplies as needed.

  • Glue dots

I love this glue, I can take left over packing list from work and put glue dots on or even lines , whatever size i need and they dry clear just like regular glue dots. Also if your cricut mat is no longer sticky clean it off, 2 tbs glue 2 tbs water, mix well and apply to you mat wit black sponge applicator with wooden handle. once covered and dry run your hands over the top a few times to break it in.

    Does the job every time!

I use this to apply holographic glitters to stainless steel tumblers and it works like a dream! This product was recently sold out all over the internet, and when most of the suppliers who did have some in stock inflated their prices, THIS company remained faithful to its customers. They now have a faithful customer in ME!

  • Aleene's Tack-It

I first discovered this product years ago for a sewing project, and was very pleased with it. Since then I've found many applications where it is a wonderful help. It has so many uses and now I am finding it so helpful in greeting cardmaking.

To convert wood based rubber stamps to clear block rubber stamps

Am excited about using this product to convert a wood based rubber stamp to a clear block rubber stamp (and who knows what other uses I'll find for it!) You can't go wrong with Aleene's!

    Tacky glue

It is no where near what I thought it would be. It is difficult to use. I did not know it was repositionable. I will not order it again. I wanted something permanent.

    • I bought it to put on the back of my stamps so they stick to the acrylic blocks better. I have not used stencils but I would think it should work on them. By: SueO (14-Sep-23) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This Answer has been reported. Thank you!
