Cut just about anything with a never rust ceramic blade that lasts longer than steel and stays sharp. Complex shapes? Intricate designs? Cardstock, posterboard? No problem. With its soft-touch grip, the Slice Precision Cutter is the best thing since, well, sliced bread. Simple. Sharp. Safe. A portion of your purchase price is donated to fund Autism research.
I love this ceramic blade cutting knife. I've always had trouble with regular x-acto type knives... I tend to over-cut and mess up my project :( But this "slice" knife is so easy to use. It never dulls and it cuts so intricately! I cut several little odds and ends out of Graphic 45 paper for a collage project I'm working on... and I never got finger fatigue... all my cuts were nearly perfect - and if they weren't - I was able to detail cut the tiniest piece of paper off in the tiniest crevice. I'll never "fussy-cut" without this knife again.
Used in this project: snorkel
At first I wasn't too sure about this product. My first few cuts were not pretty, BUT I found that it does take a bit of practice. So, like most things, practice before you use it on your project to make it perfect! Love mine now.
I'm not particularly good with my hands but the writeup made it sound like anyone could use it. Maybe I just need someone to show me how to use it but I tried tracing some templates and cutting them out. I would have been much better off with my little fiskar scissors.
Love this really helps when your cutting small areas
Excellent cutter for cutting very precise
It’s not easy to see the blade when cutting that’s the problem with it.
Not at all what I thought it would be. Hard to see exactly where the blade is for cutting as the end is stubby.
I got this to cut areas that my Machines or dies miss when cutting. I haven't use it for that yet but just cut some paper making a pattern and it cut great. It is a problem not seeing the tip of the blade, but I think it's a matter of getting use to it and trusting the direction you are going, we shall see.
Up-Date...I have been using this tool for weeks now and I have to say I love it. It cuts craft foam like butter. You can see the tip of the blade so you can place it to get the tightest cuts. I use it to fussy cut and to get in my dies that might have missed a cut. But when I used it to cut a fish bowl out of foam because I didn't have a die I was sold. It is also so much more comfortable in the hand then a craft knife and I feel like I have more control.
This tool will make the clean up of my more intricate dies much easier! Looking forward to using it!
Very good I adore this tool!
It's hold in my hand perfectly and
It cut so well! Wonderful tool
