Does this 6 x 8 snap page sleeve's holes line up with Carpe Diem planners? I realize it only has two holes, but I would add more to fit in the planner if the two existing holes already line up.

Yes, they do! The two holes on the pocket pages match up with the 2 middle rings in the Carpe Diem planners. You just need to punch additional holes :)
