I bought this tool after I took a beginner class for scrapbooking and it's been my favorite tool ever since! I actually used my first one so much that I wore it out and had to replace it. I use this tool for everything from piercing paper for a brad to helping pull a thread through after sewing on a page to cleaning out the tip of my glue bottle. I'd be so lost with out this tool!

Gone are the days of me using a pin, pen, or random semi-sharp object to poke holes. I reach for this paper piercer all the time. I'd wanted one for a long time and once I finally got it, I would never give it up. I wish they sold them in a variety of diameters, as sometimes I'd like a larger hole with the same ease and convenience of this tool.

I have the whole set from MM that this piercer comes in and I have to say that out of the whole set this is the tool that I reach for the most, by far. For every brad I use and every hand stitching job I do (yes, i said HAND stitching... I don't machine... LOL) I grab my trusty paper piercing and pierce my paper as needed. love this thing!

I am never with out this little tool! Next to a pair of good scissors this is the one item that every scrapbooker must have. It's just not for punching holes for brads, I also use it when I can't get fibers into button holes, making stitches, I even use it to get diecuts off my cutting mat(carefully that is). It truely is a must have:)

i do a lot of stitching on my pages.....and at first I used a big needle (deadly to my poor fingers)...this has been a life-saver! Definitely an item that should be in everyone's most useful top 5 tools used in scrapbooking :o)
