I have found the Therm O Web Memory Tape Runner XL to be one of the best permanent tape runner I have used. It never seems to gunk up and I love the closeable cover that keeps it from sticking to everything when you pack it up to take to crops. I have used many other tape runners and this one seems to stand up the best. Don't hesitate to try it!

This is a great adhesive, but hard to find in stores. It takes very little pressure to apply the adhesive, so it does not mark up photos or paper.
I have been trying to find a replacement for my Kokuyo Tape Runner so I ordered a bunch of options including The Therm O Web Memory Tape Runner. So far, i'm not very impressed. First, I find the unit incredibly awkward. I don't like the cover that flips to the side and the prongs that hold the tape on the front feel wierd when you press down. It feels flimsy, yet if you don't press hard enough it doesn't work. It just doesn't feel comfortable. Also, for some reason I repeatedly pick the unit up upside down and end up marking up putting indentations in my photos with the prongs. Second, the adhesive doesn't feel as strong as I would like. I haven't had anything fall apart yet, but it just doesn't feel super strong. Maybe i'm spoiled by the super-strong Kokuyo adhesive but I think this runner probably won't be my replacement.
I absolutely LOVE the Therm O Web Memory Tape Runner XL - I have tried so many adhesives and have found that this one is the best! It's so easy to use and really enjoy the fact that I don't have to worry about the adhesive strip getting covered in dust while not in use because there is a protective cover that easily stores to the side of the product while in use.
I have used this tape runner off and on for about 9 months. I have used other ones and it just does not hold up very well. It gets easily tangled and messed up. It also sometimes skips across where I am trying to use it instead of smoothly laying down a film of adhesive. Last night was the final straw when one got all tangled up only minutes out of a new package.
I will not buy anymore of it! I still have two refills to use. I will try to use them, but who knows how much use I will get?

This is a good quality glue tape. I'm very happy with that. Unfortunately the dispenser is very bad. I go VERY slowly when laying down tape but regardless of that, I was only halfway through the roll when the tape and the take-up roll got out of sync and couldn't be fixed no matter how I tried. Half the roll wasted! This tape is too expensive to not work properly the whole way through.
After trying a number of adhesive methods for various paper projects, I feel this is the best hands down. It's priced well, works great. My only caution is that all must be positioned perfectly as this product does not allow you to move your layers around once applied.
I have on of these, I got it for my birthday. They are great you just lay it on whatever you need it for and run it across and it sticks really good, Like my pictures I couldn't believe how good they stick. If it runs out all you got to do is buy refills for it.
This is the first time I have tried Therm O Web Memory Tape Runner and I really think it does just as good a job as Mono Adhesive or better! It definitely has sticking power. If I don't feel like reaching for my ATG then I use this. I will be buying again!
I have tired other tape runners and this works the best for me. It is easy to use and kind of swivels when I am using it on wavy lines, making it easier to use. It has great sticking power. I couldn’t imagine being without it.
