I like this pen/fine marker because you can use it when coloring tight areas. It’s also great for writing. It’s a pretty shade of gold with a nice glitter effect.
That's all it adds "just a wink" of glitter to make the card sparkle. Easy to use application.

Do these pens work on felt or fabric?

I don't know if they would. I haven't tried it, but the tip is fine it would be hard to draw a straight line. Also I think the fabric might bleed a little. They make markers especially for fabric. That might be your best bet. I hope this helps.
