    Works great for my project, but a caveat....

    I purchased these to use in organizing embellishments and they work very well. The 12-pocket format is fantastic for this use.

    The caveat is that the plastic is a bit thinner than the WeR or the Universal pocket page protectors. However, they *are* considerably thicker than baseball card pocket pages. If really thick plastic page pockets are what you need, you might want to expand your search. But I would definitely be happy to use these for regular Project Life/pocket scrapping.

    I only need three rows of three (vertically and horizontally) for a "Pocket Letter" Will I be able to cut these down to that particular format without damaging the protector and having an opening where my card will fall out on the side?       you should be totally fine with trimming the pockets off you don't need. just leave a slight buffer on the outside of the seam as to not break the seam causing everything to fall out. amazon also offers nicely priced basketball sleeves.
