Nice product! Works great!
I love 3L's Scrapbook Adhesives runner so much that I just had to try their vellum tape. The first time I used this and this showed through my vellum, I thought that I just happened to be using a super-transparent vellum. But then it kept showing through with all sorts of vellums. Then I started hearing other people talk about how this adhesive showed under vellum with them. So it's official - this stuff is NOT transparent under vellum, it totally shows through. Plus this does not provide the smoothest rolling application either, it's a bit of a struggle to lay this stuff down. I'm using mine up as regular adhesive now, NOT under vellum. Don't buy this!
I too am disappointed with this runner...like another reviewer says you have to force the tape out and it is showing up white through my vellum. I could've easily have gotten this effect with glue.
Don't understand why it was not clear! wouldn't buy it again with hopes to find something better!
I got this product so that I could attach velum to my pages with out the adhesive showing through. It does not work you can see the tape under velum. Very dissapointed.
I was really disappointed to try using this last night only to discover that I had spent 5 bucks on something that doesn't work worth beans!
The roller part doesn't work and you end up having to CONSTANTLY manually advance it. Kinda defeats the purpose of a tape runner, you know?
On top of that my husband thought he fixed it for me. *eyeroll* All he did was keep using his fingers to advance the wheel. Hey dummy, that ain't fixed! He was all "I -showed- you how to use it right." As if he's ever spent a day in his life scrapbooking! ha!
So, spare yourself the hassle of a crummy tape runner, save your $5, and fight with your husband about something else. ;)
