The dots runner repositionable tape is very quick and easy to use. You can correct any mistakes or change the order of the items on your pages. I will be ordering more in the future.

I use this tape to hold things in place when scrapping so that I can see if I like the layout until I can permanently stick it down... holds well enough for this yet, is easily moveable when I need that change.
A few weeks had passed by , before getting to my package. The 6x6 Hot Cocoa pad was there and very nice, so was the Scrapbook magazine. , but the tape was no where to be found. I checked the yellow package and the clear package thoroughly. I was disappointed and e-mailed scrapbook about my problem. I was told It would be taken care of. When I called scapbook about a week later, I was informed nothing was done,. I was told I would be given a credit for the tape that they were out of the product. So here it is almost a month has gone by and I will have to reorder the item AGAIN. No harm done. Just disappointed
When I unpacked the product from the wrapper the tape runner was hanging loose and unrolled from the tip. I attempted to roll the paper runner back onto the spindle to tighten it up, to no avail. It went immediately into the garbage. Don’t waste your money.
After trying lots of dot adhesives, this is by far my favorite! Love the fact it is repositionable! I like the size of the case, which is a little bigger than most and more comfortable. Only time will tell how it lasts, but it works great now!
I've used a couple of different adhesives in the course of a major project. This is by far the best. It applies easily, and I can peel off a photo if I'm not happy with its placement.

Is it true if you leave this repositionable glue on that it becomes permanent after a while?

Yes, it is likely any repositionable adhesive would become permanent after time.
