I bought this will at a lss cause I wanted something that doesnt run out of adhesive like the other small ones do and this is it. and the refills arent that [pricey either. super easy to use even changing it is easy. would highly recommend it!!
Love this adhesive! it's so strong and the large applicator makes adhering photos and larger pieces of paper a BREEZE.
I am excited to have this adhesive runner. I have used it on fabric, paper, chipboard, wood and plastic. I find its tackiness to be superior. The one drawback is that it is difficult to use on narrow items. I do have the 3/4 inch adhesive and recognize that there is a 1/2 inch adhesive available. I do not find this to be difficult to use despite the large size.

Just got mine today and absolutely love it, got the max and the pro size. These applicators are the easiest to use even if you have to reload the roll, as I did because I pulled the leader off too much, I had no trouble rethreading it. I have not had much luck with any of the other roll on adhesives from the little packs as they would just roll up on the roll and skip and just waste a lot of adhesive. These apply a solid line of adhesive and it is strong. I tested it on the box my order came in and it held the box closed with one line of adhesive. I can't wait to start making cards, and doing my scrapbooks. I was not enjoying card making because of the adhesive issue. Could not find a good way to hold things together, tried all kinds of products. I even have several xyron machines even the whole sheet size machine the 1200, and the refills are expensive but I got them on sale and it is a lot of waste to use a whole page of paper and not use it all. So now I can adhere to my hearts content and I will be back to my cards and toss my glue sticks which were icky to use, and invariably dried out before I used them up. I am so happy with this machine I am going to buy a few more to have in case anything happens to them because the grandkids have already discovered them and once they see what they do, they will want their own. A great buy for sure!!! The scotch brands are the same thing but much more expensive.
I love this gun! I use it for everything. Plus, changing the cartridge is a breeze, compared to some other adhesive runners. Highly recommended
