I love this set, this image in particular. It really does have a faded vintage surfer look, and that means the colors are a bit washed out. The flower board in particular is a very pale teal color with a distinct green tinge, but that's part of what makes this look so retro.
this is not blue at all. It's very definitely green. . . not even aqua marine or turquoise. Light green.
