I used this organizer 7 years ago to hold all of my college textbooks and supplies. It was used even more when I started my student teaching and held up very well. The back pocket (under handle) held my personal trimmer, rulers, etc. and I used most of the scissor pockets to hold pens, etc. I like that the top fits securely over the top and protects everything inside (more than once I had to walk to the far end of the parking lot in the rain - nothing ever got wet inside.) I added a cariber clip to the loop to attach my keys, and a large piece of cardboard in the bottom to make it flat (indentations are left when you take the side supports out to put on the sides). Now that I have graduated, the craftCrate has been used for teaching supplies, taking to sewing class, crops, etc. It holds alot, it very durable and rolls easily. I like the fact that I can take the canvas organizer off to wash it, or to fold up the crate for storage (which rarely happens as I have found multiple uses for it!).
I don't have room right now for a devoted craft space, so the dining room table tends to be my crafting place of choice. Rather than let my projects pile up there, I now have a mobile craft crate which I LOVE. I took 60 seconds to set up, it is sturdy, and there are plenty of wonderful pockets for a wide variety of craft tools. The inside is big enough for a thick album, 12 x 12 paper and much more. I even fit my rotary cutter in the pocket on the back. The canvas flap folds down over the top to keep the dust off of your papers, etc. I'm SO PLEASED with this product.
And for those of you who are thinking you'll never get all your craft supplies in there...I use it for the stuff I use almost all the time and current projects only.
When I received the box, I didn't think this crate was in there...I didn't realize that it would fold up as small as it does. It is very sturdy, and holds a ton of stuff, which is perfect, and the cover keeps my pets out of my scrapbook supplies. The telescoping handle is nice because I can fold the handle down to put this on my crafting shelf, or pull it off the shelf, pull up the handle and roll. I am very pleased with the reasonable price and the quality of the product. Kudos!
I also have had this product for several years and love it. I first purchased it for my scrapbooking items but since then I have been able to set up a studio in my home so not longer need it for my tools/paper/embellishments. Now I am using it for painting supplies, as I paint wall murals. I keep it packed between jobs and it makes it so easy to just pick it up and go. I would recommend this whole-heartedly!!
Wow! I love my new rolling organizer! I used it just yesterday, and you wouldn't believe how much "stuff" I packed into it. It rained while I was preparing to leave, and the cover was SO handy. I am so pleased with my CraftCrate Rolling Organizer! First of all, it was a 'breeze' putting it together. The Fiskars pocket organizer has a place for everything. I needed something to transport items that I would normally carry in a shoulder bag because of continued chronic back problems. This is perfect! Great product---great price!
This is a great product. I just took half of my basement and made a craft area. I do a lot of stamping and this cart keeps the items I use for every project both well organized and mobile. It saves space on the table. There's plenty of room, it's well made and the price is great. I am quite pleased with this purchase.
I bought this item while it was on the Jill's deals. I originally got it for my BF who just started scrapping. I got it home unpacked it and fell in love. I will have to buy her another one, because this one is mine!
It is roomy, yet organized which is great. Perfect for hauling to crops.
I have always carried a tote and it was heavy and cumbersome . It is so easy to tote everything around in this organizer. It is very roomy and has a lot of pockets to keep things within easy reach. I can also bring a lot more. The price here at scrapbook.com makes it perfect.
I had been looking for an organizer as I don't have my own scrap space. I use the dining room table and go out to crop nights so moving all my stuff was a pain. I love this organizer. I was easy to assemble and has tons of pockets and space. And for the price, you can't beat it!
