I haven't read all of this yet but so far what I have been able to read (when my daughters not demanding my attention) is just what I have been looking for, I flipped through it and everything is easy to follow with clear photos and they have great little tips throughout the whole book, a must for anyone wanting or thinking about starting to do bead work, buy it before you buy anything else!
Wow! This book really is the creme-de-la-creme of beginner beading books. It starts with a simple intro of types and sizes of beads as well as necessary tools, how to tie different types of knots, and what mediums are out there for stringing your beads - such as wire, cording, thread, ribbon and more. This book will help you speak "bead" in no time at all!
I also love that this book covers everything from necklaces and bracelets to earrings and even watches. There are some awesome wiring techniques that I thought would not be "beginner" level, but with the easy-to-understand explanation and step-by-step photos, they are seriously easy. Look for money-savings tidbits and color advice, too! This book covers a TON of information in just 36 pages...
